Kaylan always begs to help me in the kitchen. I think it is because of moments like this where she gets to lick the spoon after making a cake. This paticular day we were making a Volcano Cake. It is really fun and extremely easy (10 min. start to finish). You actually bake it in the microwave. If you are interested the recipe is below. We had fun making it as well as eating it.Volcano Cake
*Box chocolate cake mix
*Tub of chocolate frosting (not whipped)
Spray glass bowl and mix cake mix as directed. Put the jar of frosting in the middle of the cake mix. Microwave for 8-81/2 minutes on high. When done dump cake out of bowl upside down onto a cookie sheet. It will make a volcano!!! Eat right of way with ice cream. Also very yummy with cherry chip cake and cherry chip frosting.
